§ 133.005 EXHIBITING PERSONS.

(A) A person shall not exhibit, place on exhibition or cause to be exhibited any person without the permission of the person exhibited or the person’s parent or guardian.

(B) A parent or guardian of an exhibited person shall not receive compensation from the exhibition.
