§ 133.004 MINORS PRETENDING TO BE OF AGE.
   It is unlawful for any person under the age of 18 years to represent, pretend or claim that he or she is 18 years of the age of or over, for the purpose of inducing or procuring any merchant or dealer to sell such person any cigarette or cigarette paper.
