§ 119.008 LICENSE PERIOD; RENEWAL.
   (A)   A license issued under this subchapter shall be for a period not exceeding 60 days. Upon satisfactory proof by the licensee that the stock on hand at the time of the original application has not been disposed of and upon proper application, the City Clerk shall cause the application to be examined and investigated. If satisfied as to the truth of the statements therein contained, the City Clerk may issue a renewal license for two consecutive periods of 30 days duration each upon payment of the prescribed renewal fees therefor.
   (B)   Upon the termination of such sale, no such license shall be issued to the applicant for the period of one year from such termination sale.
