(A) If the grantee fails to respond to the notice described in § 114.155 of this chapter, pursuant to the procedures set forth in § 114.156 of this chapter, or if the alleged default is not remedied within 30 days or the date projected pursuant to § 114.156(C) of this chapter, the franchising authority shall schedule a public hearing to investigate the default.
(B) The franchising authority shall notify the grantee in writing of the time and place of such meeting no less than five business days in advance and shall provide the grantee with an opportunity to be heard.
