(A) The franchising authority may regulate rates for the provision of basic cable and equipment as expressly permitted by § 623 of the Cable Act of 1992, as amended, and applicable law.
(B) Any rate adjustments shall be filed with the City Clerk not later than 30 days prior to the implementation of the adjustment.
