(A) Under this chapter, every employee of the grantee shall be clearly identified by an identification card, badge or uniform shirt.
(B) All employees of the grantee shall display proper identification upon request of a subscriber; provided that, the grantor requires all utilities operating in the city to do the same.
(C) Every vehicle of the grantee shall be clearly marked by logo or decals; provided that, the grantor requires all the utilities operating in the city do the same.
