(A) The grantee shall promptly notify the grantor in writing or, if appropriate, by oral communication of any significant interruption in the operation of the cable system.
(B) For the purposes of this section, the term SIGNIFICANT INTERRUPTION IN THE OPERATION OF THE CABLE SYSTEM shall mean any interruption of audio or video on one or more channels a duration of at least one hour to at least 5% of the subscribers.
