§ 114.048 CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS; FCC MODEL.
   Under this chapter, the grantee agrees to adhere to the Federal Communications Commission’s customer service standards. A copy of such standards effective as of the effective date of the ordinance from which this chapter derives is attached as App. A to Ord. 14586.
