§ 93.007 ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES.
   (A)    No person shall possess, use or consume beer, wine, or alcoholic liquor in a public park or nature area, including park roads and parking areas, except when the following criteria have been met:
      (1)    A public use permit has been issued by the City Clerk; and
      (2)    The premise is covered by an alcohol license issued by the State of Iowa Alcoholic Beverages Division.
   (B)   The following designated areas within park shelters and on cement patios attached to park shelters:
      (1)   Log Cabin, Riverview Park; Reunion Hall, Riverview Park; Community Building, Riverview Park; provided, the lessee:
         (a)   Has notified the Park and Recreation Department of the intent to serve alcoholic beverages at the time of the rental reservation;
         (b)   Has signed a responsibility agreement permitting this use;
         (c)   Shall be available for personal contact by park and recreation personnel at all times during the rental period; and
         (d)   Shall comply with all state and city codes regarding the use of alcoholic beverages.
      (2)   Within the campground at Riverview Park; provided, the person is a registered camper or the guest of a registered camper.
