(A) Established. All municipal parks and playgrounds in the city shall be closed to the public and public use between the hours of 11:30 p.m. through 6:00 a.m., and no person shall be allowed on the park premises between such hours, except as provided in division (B) below.
(B) Exceptions. This section shall not apply to city employees whose official duties may require them to be on the premises during the closed hours, persons lawfully camped at Riverview Park, or persons on the premises under the express written authority of the Parks and Recreation Director.
(C) Signs. The Parks and Recreation Director shall post suitable signs in conspicuous locations to advise the public of the closing and opening hours provided in this section.
