§ 93.002 FIRES.
   (A)   No fire shall be permitted in any park, except in a place designated, and the fire shall be extinguished when the site is vacated.
   (B)   All fires shall be safe and the Director of Parks and Recreation may order any fire extinguished which, in his or her opinion, is unsafe.
