§ 92.999 PENALTY.

Any person violating any provision, section or paragraph of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and on conviction thereof be punished by a penalty as provided in § 10.999(A) of the code of ordinances. Each day a violation occurs shall constitute a separate offense.
