(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile that is not equipped as required by state law.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a snowmobile on any public road or street without a bright color pennant or flag displayed at least 60 inches above the ground. The pennant or flag shall be a minimum of six inches by nine inches, shall be orange and shall provide a fluorescent effect.

(C) No person shall operate a snowmobile at any time on the streets without the required headlight and taillight being in continuous operation while the snowmobile is being operated.
