§ 73.017 USE ON SIDEWALKS RESTRICTED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to ride any bicycle, at any time, on a public sidewalk in any business district of the city. However, the only exception to this is that any member of the public may ride a bicycle on any public sidewalk adjacent to Highway 14 in the city. However, the rider of any such bicycle shall yield the right-of-way to pedestrians by dismounting the bicycle and walking the bicycle until the pedestrians have been passed, whether the pedestrians are walking in the same direction as the bicycle is being ridden or walking toward the bicycle.
