§ 72.042 RESPONSIBILITY FOR VIOLATIONS.
   When the identity of the operator of a motor vehicle or vehicle cannot be determined, any person, corporation or legal entity who was the registered owner of such motor vehicle or vehicle and any person, corporation or legal entity who was in lawful possession of the residential lot where the violation occurred at the time of a violation shall be held prima facie responsible for any violation of the provisions of §§ 72.040 and 72.041 of this chapter.
