(A) No person shall use or operate any motor vehicle or bicycle, except for maintenance vehicles or emergency vehicles or snowmobiles, on any portion of any dike, levee or floodwall or within 50 feet of the toe of any dike, levee or floodwall, except at such areas designated and marked as authorized crossings.
(B) As used in this section, the term TOE OF ANY DIKE is defined as that point where the sloping sides of the flood control dike or levee ends and where the sloping sides of the dike or levee meets the surrounding area.
