§ 71.028 INFORMATION AND NOTICE AS TO SPEEDING VIOLATION.
   In every charge of violation of Ch. 76, Schd. VIII, division (A), of this code of ordinances, the information, as well as a notice to appear, shall specify the speed at which the defendant is alleged to have driven, also the speed limit applicable within the district or at the location.
