§ 70.999 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.999 of this code of ordinances.

(B) Any person violating any provision of § 70.006 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined pursuant to § 10.999(A) of this code of ordinances.
