§ 57.003 LIABILITY OF ABUTTING PROPERTY OWNERS FOR FAILURE TO MAINTAIN.
   Abutting property owners failing to maintain property as required by § 57.002 of this chapter shall be expressly liable for personal and property damages caused by such failure in the maintenance of such property.
