Any person affected by a decision of the city’s appointed construction official or Public Works Director may request in writing a hearing on such decision within five days of receipt of notification of deficiencies or non-compliance. The request shall be made to the City Administrator who shall conduct the hearing or who shall designate a Hearing Officer.
