§ 52.021 RESPONSIBILITY FOR OPERATION OF WATER POLLUTION CONTROL PLANT.
   The policies for the operation of the Water Pollution Control Plant (WPCP) shall be proposed by the Superintendent of the Water Pollution Control Plant and supervised by the Public Works Director/City Engineer.
