§ 50.047 RIGHT OF CITY TO DESIGNATE RECYCLABLES.

   The city reserves the right to add other items as designated recyclables at a later date, including, but not limited to:

   (A)   Aluminum;

   (B)   Bimetal cans;

   (C)   Brown and green glass; and

   (D)   No. 1 P.E.T.E. plastics and other No. 2 H.D.P.E. plastics.
