§ 50.024 LICENSE RENEWAL.

The annual license of all persons licensed under this chapter shall be renewed from year to year upon the payment of the fee provided in this chapter, filing of a certificate of proper insurance coverage, and filing of an approved vehicle inspection for garbage haulers.
