Proclamations, rules and orders issued pursuant to § 34.002 of this chapter shall be effective upon issuance and shall remain in effect until withdrawn by the Mayor or issuing authority. However, these proclamations, rules and orders shall be withdrawn by the Mayor or issuing authority, and those acting pursuant to § 34.002 of this chapter shall cease to exercise emergency powers, at such times as the conditions giving rise to the emergency cease and emergency conditions resulting from the initial condition cease.
