§ 33.037 TERMS; REMOVAL OF MEMBERS.
   (A)   The members of the Reserve Police Force shall serve at the discretion of the Chief of Police and shall be removed and discharged from the Reserve at any time upon violation of any bylaw, rule or regulation prescribed or upon recommendation of the Reserve Police Executive Committee.
   (B)   There is no appeal to a removal order from the Chief of Police.
