§ 33.035 ESTABLISHMENT.
   (A)   There is created and established the city’s Reserve Police Force as provided by I.C.A. Ch. 80D, and subject to the regulations therein contained.
   (B)   The Reserve Police Force shall serve until abolished by the City Council.
