(A) A burglar or holdup alarm may terminate and give a signal at the police station.
(B) Any alarm company having such alarm panel terminating at the police station shall be billed $1,000 per year for the service.
(C) The Police Chief may set standards and rules and regulations governing such equipment and may limit the number of alarm systems so terminating.
