§ 32.016 SUSPENSION OR DISCHARGE OF FIRE CHIEF.
   The City Administrator may suspend or discharge for cause, the Chief of the Fire Department and select the Deputy Fire Chief to act in the capacity of Chief of the Fire Department during such suspension or vacancy and until the Chief is restored or a successor is appointed.
