The following officers shall be appointed by the City Administrator with the approval of the City Council:
(A) Director of Public Works/City Engineer;
(B) Fire Chief;
(C) Police Chief;
(D) Parks and Recreation Director;
(E) Human Resources Director;
(F) City Clerk;
(G) City Attorney;
(H) Finance Director/City Treasurer; and
(I) Housing and Community Development Director.
