(A) The area enclosed within the following described boundaries shall constitute the First Ward, First Precinct: commencing at the intersection of Third Avenue and Linn Street; thence south along 3rd Avenue to its intersection with Nevada Street; thence east along Nevada Street to its intersection with Eighteenth Avenue; thence north along Eighteenth Avenue to its intersection with Main Street; thence east along Main Street to east city limits; thence north along the east city limits to Marion Street; thence west along Marion Street to its intersection with Eighth Avenue; thence south along Eighth Avenue to its intersection with Lee Street; thence west along Lee Street to its intersection with Third Avenue; thence south to the point of beginning.
(B) The area enclosed within the following described boundaries shall constitute the First Ward, Second Precinct: commencing at the intersection of Third Avenue and Linn Street; thence north along Third Avenue to its intersection with Lee Street; thence east along Lee Street to its intersection with Eighth Avenue; thence north along Eighth Avenue to its intersection with Marion Street; thence east along Marion Street to the east city limits; thence following the northeasterly and northerly city limits, west to its intersection with Center Street; thence south easterly to its intersection with Third Street; thence south along Third Street to its intersection with Fremont Street; thence west along Fremont Street to its intersection with Fourth Street; thence south along Fourth Street to its intersection with Boone Street; thence east along Boone Street to its intersection of Center Street; thence north along Center Street to its intersection with Linn Street thence east to the point of beginning.
