Any agricultural, new commercial, industrial or institutional construction project that lies within the regulated area and has a combined impervious or semi-impervious surface area of 4,000 square feet or greater shall be regulated by this chapter. For example, this would include the construction of a building(s) with 4,000 square feet of surface area, a 4,000 square foot parking area or any combination of new development that together has a combined aggregate impervious or semi-impervious surface area of 4,000 square feet or greater. Furthermore, this chapter also regulates any major or minor residential subdivision, as regulated by § 155.01.
