§ 153.18 EXEMPT PROJECTS.
   Exempted projects include single-family and two-family dwellings, building additions and accessory structures appurtenant to either a single-family or two-family dwelling less than 4,000 square feet in area. Any commercial, institutional or industrial construction project, as well as any major or minor residential subdivision which has had its drainage plan approved prior to the effective date of this chapter are also considered exempt projects.
