§ 151.99 PENALTY.
   Violations may be punished at the rate of $100 per day that the violation exists. However, the total civil penalty assessed may not exceed any amount provided in I.C. 36-7-9 et seq. Notice of fines will be given according to I.C. 36-7-9 et seq.
