(A) The County Building Commissioner shall make inspections for all towns enacting proper resolution designating the County Building Inspector to make said inspections.
(B) The fee charged for inspections at each building site activity in which the County Building Department and the County Building Inspector make inspections shall be the sum of $50.
(C) (1) The County Building Department and the towns will develop the procedure for the collection and payment of said inspection fees in accordance with state statute and the rules and regulations for the collection of inspection fees set out by the county and in coordination with the County Auditor.
(2) The collection and recording of said fees shall be distributable into the appropriate accounts within the county.
