§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   The first time a child is found in violation of this chapter, the Ordinance Violation Bureau is hereby authorized to assess and collect a $10 fine from the child. The second time a child is found to be in violation of this chapter, the Ordinance Violation Bureau is hereby authorized to assess and collect a $25 fine. The third time a child is found in violation of this chapter, the law enforcement officer shall issue a citation to one of the child’s parents, guardians or custodians. The Ordinance Violation Bureau is hereby authorized to assess and collect a fine of $50 from the cited parent, guardian or custodian of a child found in violation of this chapter for the third time. In addition, the law enforcement officer may refer the child and the case to the appropriate juvenile authorities of the county.
