§ 112.03 MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS FOR FOOD SERVICE ESTABLISHMENTS.
   All food service establishments and temporary food service establishments shall comply with the minimum requirements specified by the State Board of Health, as now provided in its 410 I.A.C. 7-24, the retail food establishment sanitation requirements as the same may hereafter be changed or amended. Such regulation and any changes and amendments thereto which may be hereafter adopted or promulgated are by reference incorporated herein and made part hereof, copies of which are on file in the office of the County Auditor for public inspection.
