(A) Each transient merchant, solicitor or peddler desiring to do business within the county shall file his or her verified application for a license for that purpose with the County Auditor. Such application shall state the name and give the residence of the applicant and shall state the room, building, vehicle, railroad car, store shop, vacant lot or parking lot, tent or other structure in which the applicant expects to do business and the make and character of the goods, wares and merchandise he or she intends to sell, and the length of time for which he or she desires to do business, and such other matters which may reasonably be required.
(B) Further, once a license is obtained, a transient merchant or peddler shall solicit or transact business only Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., but not on a national or county holiday.
