§ 91.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of §§ 91.01 through 91.11 shall, on conviction, be fined in any sum not less than $10 nor more than $100. In addition, any person violating the provision would also be responsible for any related court costs, reasonable attorneys’ fees and for the charges and costs of towing, storing or removing the subject vehicles.
   (B)   Any person who shall ignite or set any open fire during a declared fire emergency which causes damage to persons or property shall be guilty of a Class C misdemeanor as defined by state statutes. In addition, that person may be assessed the actual costs of fighting and extinguishing the fire and may be assessed the damages caused by the improper fire.
