§ 71.24 PERMITTED HOURS.
All golf carts may be driven on county roads during daylight hours only from dawn to dusk. All golf carts must display a red or amber flashing light at times when headlights are necessary for other motor vehicles, which light must be visible from a distance of no less than 500 feet from the rear of the golf cart. If a golf cart is operated at a time when weather conditions would make it necessary for headlights to be used, the golf cart must be kept equipped with both headlights and taillights that are in working order.
