§ 71.05 ENFORCEMENT BY LAW ENFORCEMENT OFFICIALS.
   (A)   A law enforcement officer in the county shall enforce this subchapter.
   (B)   Enforcement of this subchapter can be through the provisions set out in the state statute or by this subchapter and through the County Ordinance Violations Bureau.
