§ 71.04 APPLICABILITY WITH STATE LAW.
   Nothing in this subchapter is construed to be contradictory to the state statutes concerning off-road vehicles. Further, anyone violating any provisions of this subchapter are subject to the same penalties as are set out in the state statutes.
