§ 71.02 OFF-ROAD VEHICLE USE; EXCEPTIONS.
   All highways within the county roads system, excepting highways located within the corporate limits of a city or town, may be utilized for travel by off-road vehicles, subject to applicable state laws and the rules and regulations now existing or enacted after this date by the state.
