§ 30.05 MEETINGS.
   (A)   The Board of Commissioners shall hold regular meetings in the Commissioners’ Room of the Marshall County Building on the first and third Monday of each month beginning at such time as the Board of Commissioners shall designate, and concluding when all necessary business is conducted for that particular meeting.
   (B)   Special meetings may be called by the Executive if the public interest requires. At least six days’ notice of the special meeting will be given unless the meeting is called to deal with an emergency under I.C. 5-14-1.5-5. The notice must include a specific statement of the purpose of the meeting, and the Executive may not conduct any unrelated business at the meeting.
