(A) Any person, firm, or entity found to be in violation of any provision of this chapter and/or rule shall be fined not more than $2,500. Each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating unsanitary conditions and completing improvements to abate such conditions as ordered by the County Health Department shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
(B) The County Health Department shall also be entitled to seek any other legal remedy available against any person who shall violate any provision of this chapter and/or rule.
(C) The County Health Department shall be entitled to seek all legal fees incurred during enforcement of this chapter and/or rule.
(D) The penalties provided in this section shall be cumulative, and not exclusive, and shall be in addition to any other remedy provided by law.
