(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any provisions of §§ 50.01 through 50.06 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and, upon conviction, the violator shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not more than $500; for the second offense by a fine of not more than $1,000; and for the third and each subsequent offense by a fine of not more than $1,000, to which may be added imprisonment for any determinate period not exceeding 90 days and each day after the expiration of the time limit for abating insanitary conditions as ordered by the County Board of Health, or by the duly-appointed Health Officer of the county, which shall constitute a distinct and separate offense.
