The County Auditor is hereby authorized to collect an administration fee equal to 3% of each fund’s annual budget from the following funds, and direct the fees to the County Treasurer for deposit into the County’s General Fund; WIC, Drug Task Force and any other special Fund as determined by the Council which pays salaries and wages and is not supported by local tax dollars. Said administration fees are to be budgeted in a separate departmental line item and paid through the claims process and will begin with the 2003 budget year.
