§ 33.067 DOCUMENT RECORDATION FEE.
   (A)   Fees established. The fees as set forth in division (D) below are established as the recording fees for recording documents in the county. All revenue received by the Recorder pursuant to state statute and this section shall be deposited in the appropriate fund, including the County Recorder’s Perpetuation Fund. The County Recorder shall post the appropriate notices and schedules of fees.
