§ 33.063 CRIMINAL HISTORY RECORD INSPECTION AND RELEASE REQUESTS.
   The fees to be established and collected by the County Sheriff for criminal history requests shall be $3 per request for inspection, and $7 per request for release, with the exceptions listed in the preamble to the ordinance as codified herein. All fees collected are to be deposited in the County General Fund.
