§ 33.047 PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY RESPONSE FUND.
   The County Council hereby establishes the Public Health Emergency Response Fund for the purpose of receiving funds to be expended for public health activities related to the H1N1 influenza virus. Be it further ordained that these expenditures shall be made without appropriation.
