§ 33.045 RAINY DAY FUND.
   The County Council hereby establishes a Rainy Day Fund to receipt the surplus ($403,262.75) CAGIT refund into, and any other funding sources the Council deems necessary as along as state statute is followed, and that uses of the Fund will be established by the Council by ordinance.
